Clarissa is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer. She has a degree from Clemson in Psychology and Therapeutic Recreation. Clarissa has been active throughout her whole life, participating in various sports and played for the Southern Wesleyan University Women’s soccer team. She is a Nationally Qualified NPC bikini competitor, and recently competed in the Arnold Sports Festival. It is her goal to inspire and to motivate others to set and work towards goals in performance, and self-image, teaching clients how incorporate the tools they learn through training and nutrition to achieve those goals through a healthy, active, sustainable lifestyle. Clarissa is also one of Core’s sponsored athletes!
Mickey has his Personal Trainer Certification from ACE and has his American Red Cross certified in CPR/AED. Mickey has 15 years experience in sports fitness training and has been in the personal training industry for 10 years. He specializes in muscle building, weight loss and sports training.
Nancy is one our personal trainers and group instructor! She has always lead an active life. She started as a dancer, and dance instructor before entering the fitness industry over 20 years ago. She loves to challenge herself through outdoor activities such as hilly outdoor cycling, working out and practicing yoga. She has even climbed 36 + big mountains around the world, and the highest mountain on all seven continents. Nancy is a licensed skydiver and certified scuba diver! Nancy's favorite thing about being a personal trainer is getting to know the client, bonding with them, and teaching them about correct technique so they know exactly what they are doing and why. Nancy holds Certifications in : ACE group exercise, ACE personal trainer, Yoga fit certification, 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification, Johnny G certification for indoor cycling and Pulse point Barre
Shanice has a Bachelors and Masters of Science degree from Clemson University. She is an ACE certified personal trainer and is first aid/CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross. Growing up in a health conscious home inspired a lifelong passion for health and wellness for Shanice. She's been physically active her entire life, participating in sports, cross country running, races, skiing, hiking, fitness classes, and strength training. Her goal as a personal trainer is to inspire others to get moving and be the best version of themselves. She wants to share her passion for fitness and help clients reach their goals through personalized nutrition, cardiorespiratory training, and resistance training.
